I am a Reiki Master Teacher (energy healing), and Breathwork teacher-facilitator (breath therapy).

My services help you to heal physically (cancer...), and mentally (burn-out...), by releasing stress from the day (Business people, CEO...), to long-term traumas (addiction...), faster recovery after injury (athletes...), chronic pain, and pregnancy.

I offer wellbeing classes, private session, webinars and training services.
In French, Spanish, or English, online, and in-person (Cochrane) to all ages from kids, to elders.

It's usually composed of activities like :
Health coaching, PEMF technologie, Ecstatic danse, meditation, exercises to reconnect with oneself, stretching.
